Omg, this food was phenomenal and worth while. We asked our Uber driver for a recommendation on the best local restaurant to try, while in town. Man, was not joking. The chicken was so delicious and the serving size is VERY generous. I had the Hib Chicken and hubby had the Veg. Carmel Ginger Chicken. Both are amazing and so fresh! Definitely a 5+star restaurant.
I ordered the shrimp and steak hibachi Food was good I like that there was a good amount of shrimp and steak. Parking isnβt the greatest but if youβre not dining in you could probably get away with parking close by . The only negative I would give is I wish a drink was included the meal was $20. Would recommend to others.
As a student in the area, this place is perfect when Iβm tired of eating campus food. The food here at Mt. Fuji is always delicious!! Food taste hot and fresh. The haru maki is amazing probably my favorite app to get the from there and the chicken wings and hibachi is always amazing!
Mt. Fuji has become one of our go-to places for dinner. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the staff are very nice and generous You can tell they really care, the sushi is always spot-on, and the hibachi meals are delicious and filling. Itβs a good spot where we always feel comfortable. I recommend the chicken hibachi, itβs so cheap compared to other places only 11.99 on the menu. Make sure to ask for their yum yum sauce itβs soooooo good. The guy up front was very helpful and gracious pointing at all the best things on the menu. If you're in Louisville and love good Japanese food, you wonβt be disappointed here.
